All of my one-a-kind-pieces are entirely unique and only made once, these pieces are ready to be shipped, with a standard lead time of 1-3 days.

LIMITED SERIES PIECES

My limited series pieces can be reproduced and customized via request, they have a longer lead time of 3-4 weeks.

shipping

Complimentary shipping is offered on jewelry sent within the United States.

All shipments are insured against theft and damage while in transport. A signature will be required upon receipt. Please note that international shipments may incur import customs duties and fees which will be the responsibility of the recipient. Once your order is finalized, you will receive tracking information as your order is fulfilled. 

Please note that lead times may vary depending on holidays and studio hours.

RETURNS

As all of my pieces are lovingly handmade, please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before placing an order, as I currently do not offer refunds.

However, if necessary, you are welcome to return pieces for store credit or exchange them for another item. Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 48 hours of receipt. Please notify me as soon as possible about your return by emailing me at jewelry@lindahoj.com. Products and packaging must be intact and in original condition. No return will be accepted if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

In the event that you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email jewelry@lindahoj.com immediately and include your name, description of the issue and any necessary photos. Products and packaging must be intact and in original condition.

Linda Hoj is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment. Please ship with a reliable and insured carrier only. 

All bespoke and custom orders are final sale. All international orders are final sale.

REPAIRS

I stand fully behind my work and craftsmanship and will repair any manufacturing defects at no charge. If an issue arises from normal wear, customer misuse, or damage, I will assess the situation and inform you of any potential charges. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

TAX

Tax will be collected on all pieces shipped or bought in person within Connecticut, US.
